For dental practices
Be the practice AI recommends.
Patients have stopped scrolling Google. They ask AI “best dentist near me” — and it answers with a shortlist, ranked by your reviews. We make sure your practice is on it.

We asked AI what patients ask.
In June 2026 we ran the questions Austin patients actually type on Perplexity, one of the major AI answer engines. Three patterns held — and every one is something a practice can act on.
Finding 1
AI ranks dentists by your Google rating and review count.
Ask “best dentist in Austin” and AI returns a shortlist it justifies almost entirely by Google star rating and review volume — “a 4.9 with 850+ reviews,” “a 5.0 rating.” It pulls those numbers straight from the map results box at the top of Google. Your Google Business Profile rating isn’t just reputation — it’s your AI ranking. How we earn the reviews →
Finding 2
It’s all third-party — and the shortlist shifts.
The sources behind the answer were Yelp, Zocdoc, WebMD, Delta Dental, Reddit, and a stack of “best dentist” articles — not practice websites. We changed the question from “best dentist” to “best cosmetic dentist” and AI returned a different shortlist. A practice with a thin Google profile and no directory presence simply doesn’t appear.
Finding 3
The cost and treatment questions are wide open.
We asked “how much do dental implants cost in Austin” and AI cited cost guides and the practices that had published clear pricing and treatment pages. These are the questions patients ask before “best dentist” — and most practices publish nothing for them. Answer them well and AI cites you at the very start of the patient’s search.
“For dentists, your Google rating and review count aren’t just reputation — they’re the numbers AI ranks you by.”
So how does your practice get named?
The same three steps we run for every client, tuned for dentistry.
See exactly where you stand
We run the questions your future patients ask — “best dentist,” “best cosmetic dentist / Invisalign,” “what does an implant cost” — across every major AI engine, and show you, word for word, who AI recommends and which sources it used.
Build the signals AI ranks on
We strengthen your Google Business Profile and your genuine review volume, get you listed correctly on the directories AI reads (Healthgrades, Zocdoc, Yelp), and publish clear answer content for the cost and treatment questions — so AI is confident recommending you.
Watch it move
We re-run the same questions every month and report the movement — rating, review volume, and AI visibility together — with a tamper-evident receipt you can verify.
Compliance
Built for a healthcare practice. Everything we publish respects patient privacy (HIPAA), keeps clinical claims accurate and sourced, never fabricates reviews, and follows your state dental board’s advertising rules. We optimize how your practice is found; you approve everything before it goes live.

Sources & method
- Oracite audit, June 2026 — buying-intent dental queries (“best dentist in Austin,” “best cosmetic dentist in Austin,” “how much do dental implants cost in Austin”) run on Perplexity; recommendations, the rating/review reasoning, and cited sources recorded as returned. A small, transparent sample, not a full index; AI answers vary by person and location and change over time. Specific practices are intentionally not named here.
- That being cited differs from being recommended, and that AI leans on third-party consensus, are both consistent with a June 2026 controlled study of Google’s AI Overviews. Search Engine Land.
