AI search visibility for aesthetic clinics
Be the clinic AI recommends.
Your patients no longer scroll Google. They ask AI who to trust. We make sure the answer is you.
One clinic had 587 reviews — and showed up in just 14% of AI answers. Reviews and ad spend don’t decide it anymore; the cited source wins. see the data
Why isn’t my med spa showing up in AI search? — the full answer
When AI answers,
the links stop mattering.
A patient asks who’s best nearby. The AI names three clinics and cites them. If you’re not one, you never even saw the lead. Most searches already end without a click — 68% in 2026, and rising. see the data behind this
What we do
No dashboard to learn. We do the work, and we prove the result.
See the truth
We ask every AI engine what your patients ask, then show you — word for word — who it recommends and where you’re missing.
Win the citation
The reviews, accurate listings, and genuine mentions AI trusts — plus the answer pages and behind-the-scenes labels (schema) that let AI find and read you. Every claim sourced. No fluff, no fake reviews.
Watch it move
Every month we re-run the same audit and report the lift — with a tamper-evident receipt.
See what AI tells
your patients.

What’s happening now
AI has started booking
the appointment, too.
In August, Google’s Gemini began booking real medical appointments inside the chat, through Zocdoc, across more than 200,000 providers.7 Google has said its Search AI will call and book in everyday categories next, beauty included.4
Note what actually happened. Gemini didn’t build a booking system; it plugged into one, and every provider already inside it was switched on automatically. Everyone outside it stayed invisible at the moment the patient was ready to book. What makes you visible today is what makes you bookable tomorrow.
“Patients no longer start with Instagram. They start with AI.”
— Medical Aesthetics AI Visibility Index 2026, reported by the American Med Spa Association5
Who AI already trusts
A handful of names take
most of the answers.
The same industry index tested more than 60 patient-intent questions across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews. The top 15 brands took about 62% of all citations. Everyone else split what was left.6
What didn’t earn a citation
Ad budget. Sales volume. How many injectors carry the product. The index found companies with strong sales and heavy practitioner adoption sitting well down the citation rankings, because they were barely present in the sources these models actually read.6
What did
Peer-reviewed studies. FDA-cleared product information. Editorial coverage in publications the models treat as authoritative. Brands with sustained clinical documentation showed up consistently across platforms.6
This is the part most clinics find annoying, and it’s the reason the work is worth paying for. You cannot buy an AI citation the way you buy an ad. It is earned on somebody else’s website, in sources you don’t control, and that takes a person doing it deliberately over months.
