Reviews are the signal
AI trusts most.

AI builds its recommendation from third-party sources — and genuine customer reviews are the strongest signal you can influence. We help you earn them, the right way. Never fake. Ever.

Why reviews are the moat

AI assembles its answer from the sources it trusts, not from whoever spends the most. In our own small audits — across law firms and med spas — the businesses AI recommended tended to be the ones with strong, consistent presence on review platforms and directories. The biggest advertisers showed up only as sources, never as the pick.

Reviews are off-site, third-party, and exactly what AI reads. And they’re the one signal a competitor — or a competitor’s AI tool — can’t simply manufacture. Anyone can prompt an AI to write website copy in a day. No one can prompt real customers into existence. That’s why genuine review volume, earned steadily over time, is the most durable advantage you can build.

Content can be copied in an afternoon. A year of honest, recent reviews can’t be — and that’s exactly the signal AI weighs most.

The line we don’t cross

The FTC’s 2024 rule bans fake reviews, undisclosed paid endorsements, and posing as a customer — with penalties up to $51,744 per violation.1 It also bans review gating: quietly asking only happy customers, or suppressing the negative ones. We don’t go near any of it.

What we never do

  • Write, buy, or trade reviews
  • Pose as a customer on Google, Yelp, or forums
  • Offer undisclosed incentives for a review
  • Ask only your happy customers (review gating)
  • Hide, suppress, or bury negative reviews

What we actually do

  • Make it effortless for real, recent customers to review you
  • Ask every customer the same way, at the same time
  • Send it from your business — you own every review
  • Help you respond to all of them, good and bad
  • Track honest volume against your AI visibility, monthly

The flow

A simple, repeatable loop tied to your real appointments — set up once, then it runs in the background.

01

Trigger after a real visit

The request fires only after an actual completed appointment or job — so every review comes from a genuine customer.

02

A timely, personal ask

A short, friendly message (text or email) from your business, sent while the experience is fresh — the same message to everyone, no cherry-picking.

03

One tap to the platform AI reads

A direct link to the right destination — your Google Business Profile, and the industry platforms AI leans on (for clinics, RealSelf and Healthgrades; for firms, the legal directories). One tap, no friction.

04

Respond to every review

Good or bad, a prompt, professional reply signals an active, trustworthy business — a signal both customers and AI weigh.

05

Prove it monthly

We report review volume and your AI visibility together in the monthly re-audit, with a tamper-evident receipt — so you can see the line move.
